Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION and DELAY policy for your appointments.

Please read the following carefully:
Anxious to devote myself 100% to my clients, I have developed this policy which allows me to react quickly to your needs, to maintain an excellent relationship with all my clients, while preserving my quality of life at work.

Thus, each missed or canceled last minute appointment is a loss of availability for my clients and a loss of income for me Out of respect for all, it is therefore important to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. .

LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

A delay happens! You can't predict everything.
Call me at the salon to let me know you're late (leave a message if I'm not available) and we'll agree on one of the following when you arrive:

For a delay of 15 minutes or less,
No problem. I'll have to compress my time with you a bit, but we'll get there.

For a delay of more than 15 minutes,
Unless it is a 90 minute treatment, it will be difficult to compress the time. 25% of the cost of the treatment will be required.

CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

A glitch is like a delay: it's impossible to predict!
If you contact me 48 hours in advance, I will be able to offer your place to another client, so no cancellation fees will be charged.

CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

25% of the processing fee will be charged to you.

MISSED APPOINTMENT.

In the event that you forget the appointment or a glitch occurs without prior warning or less than an hour in advance, 50% of the treatment will be invoiced the first time and the full amount the following times.

Other Cancellation for a package after the start of treatment

If you have started to receive care, you must pay these 2 amounts:

  • the cost of care received at the regular price in effect at the time of cancellation;

  • a penalty provided by law. This penalty corresponds to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the care that was not provided.

An example: you purchased a package of 8 laser hair removal treatments for a total cost of $800. After the first session, you decide to cancel the package. You will need to pay $100 for the treatment you received. You will also have to pay a penalty of $50.
